Product Sales and Returns

The Interior Design Club sell ex-display, ex-property styling, and excess stock. 


Please take time to read the description and ensure you are happy with the item before committing to a purchase. 


All Items Are Sold AS IS. There is no refund for incorrect choice and no refund if you change your mind.

 

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, or if an item does not fit in your space.  

We do not offer warranty. 


We provide stock photos for packaged items. All unpackaged items may have dust, scuffs and other small imperfections; therefore we will include extensive photos. Personal Inspection is also available by appointment, if required.


Pick Ups are available throughout the week Wednesday - Sunday.  Please Pick Up Within 7 Days. 

Deliveries occur weekly, we will email you within 3 days of purchase to inform you the courier has been booked. 


Extended Storage Fees/Cancellation Fees May Apply. 

All Other Returns

In the event that an item does not function, we will arrange a return for a repair/replacement or store credit. 


Buyers have 24 Hours from collection or delivery to advise of any defects/concerns. 


 Within 5 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming the condition, we will issue you with a store credit via email equal to product price, minus a $150 Restocking Fee as well as a Return Delivery Fee, on a case by case basis of course. Please allow up to 14 days for this process to complete.


Store Credits Have a 30 Day Expiry Period. We Do Not Offer Refunds.


Please note, we use a third party delivery/shipping service. We are not responsible for any return costs or reimbursements, as they were not originally payable to us. For any transport inquiries please contact Vicks Removalists directly (0450 092 800.)
