This is a ground floor drop off service that TIDC will book on your behalf. All fees are paid directly to the courier, and are not applied at checkout. At times, driver may need assistance unloading.

Due to varying weights and dimensions of furniture items,
delivery is NOT charged at checkout.
To make a booking or obtain a quote, please choose the "Large Furniture Delivery" option at checkout.
Delivery timeframe: 2 - 10 days from ordering.
We will do all the work for you - please contact us if you have not received your booking within 10 days.
You will receive 48 hours notice prior to delivery by email.
The driver will contact you directly by text message on the morning of your delivery, and require confirmation by 10am on the delivery day.
Deliveries can be left in a safe space, at the buyer's responsibility and discretion.
Neither TIDC nor the third-party courier are accountable for your delivery once completed.
If the delivery driver is unable to obtain access at the agreed time on the agreed day, you will be charged a cancellation fee by the courier in addition to any subsequent delivery.

Delivery will be made to the ground floor only of the address provided.
At times the driver may require some assistance to unload.
For difficult access/units/upstairs delivery a removalist can be booked upon request.

Please take care prior to ordering to ensure your items fit where intended as this is not the courier's responsibility.
We do not accept returns.
For Smaller Items (Up To 3kg) We Use Sendle And Australia Post. Please Allow 3 Business Days For Email Tracking Information.
