You Will Receive Tracking Information Within 3 Days From Purchase.

Due To Varying Weights/Dimensions Of Furniture Items, Delivery Is Not Charged At Checkout.

Standard Delivery Includes Up to 2 Large Items, and Unlimited Small Items.

Deliveries Are Completed Within 10 Days Of Placing Your Order.

We Will Book This On Your Behalf. All Fees Are Paid Directly To The Courier. 

• You Will Receive 48 Hours Notice Prior To Delivery By Email.
• The Courier Will Contact You Directly By SMS On The Morning Of Your Delivery
• The Courier Requires Confirmation By 10am On The Delivery Day.

Deliveries Can Be Left In A Safe Space, At The Buyer's Responsibility And Discretion.

Neither TIDC Nor The Courier Are Accountable For Your Delivery Once Completed.

If The Delivery Driver Is Unable To Obtain Access At The Agreed Time On The Agreed Day, You Will Be Charged A Cancellation Fee By The Courier In Addition To Any Subsequent Delivery.

• Delivery Will Be Made To The Ground Floor Only Of The Address Provided. 
• At Times The Driver May Require Some Assistance To Unload.
• Additional Charges Apply For Difficult Access/Units/Stairs.
