The Interior Design Club sell ex-display, ex-property styling, and excess stock at up to 90% off RRP.

These items are no longer deemed 'brand new' (even if they appear to be). 

All items are sold AS IS. They are heavily discounted from their original RRP.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or warranty.

Therefore it is important:

• To check your item will fit where intended
• That you are able to accept delivery, or arrange pickup within 10 days
• Examine the listing carefully, including all photos, descriptions, and condition
• To understand that the appearance and tone of a product may differ depending on photographic lighting and your device
• To know products may have dust, scuffs, and other small imperfections, which we will photograph where practical. Any cosmetic defects larger than a credit card will be directly noted to the best of our ability. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer inspections for specific items - but we are happy to provide additional photos or answer any questions prior to purchase. Please contact us by email.  
• To note that rustic, handmade, and natural timber products can vary depending on the individual piece.  In instances where we have several of the same item, we may photograph a typical piece, rather than each item individually.

Pick Ups are available throughout the week Friday - Saturday

Deliveries take place within 10 days of purchase; we will email you 48 hours prior to delivery with your booking details. The courier will also contact you directly to confirm delivery.

Due to excessive storage costs in Sydney, items that haven't been collected or delivered within 30 days will be subject to storage charges, and may be re-listed at our discretion, in which case your order will be transferred to store credit with a 30 day expiry period.

Cancelled orders may be subject to a $150 re-stocking fee, as our stock is limited in supply and in high demand. This includes storage, maintenance, and transactional fees for large items.

In the event that your item does not function as described, please reach out to us for a resolution within 24 hours of delivery or collection. 

Due to the nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept claims outside of this period.
